It is to Mexico's advantage to provide a home to these expelled foreigners.

These foreigners know America. A good number of them form the core of American companies. They know trade secrets. They know their American coworkers. Just like European Jews brought their knowledge, wealth, industry, and technology to the New World, Mexico should provide a home for America's resident aliens.

A few strategically located Special Economic Zones along the border would be enough to house a significant segment of this new population. After that, just let the Internet and proximity of talented people do its magic.
